Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

However, we want you to love your Flouri pieces. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at  support@flouri.co within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we'll make it right with a full refund or store credit, your choice.

To be eligible, items must be reported within 30 days of delivery and damage must be due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue, not normal wear.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit
Once we recieve your email with a photo of the damaged item, store credit will be issued to your account immediately, no waiting required.

Refunds
Refunds are automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@flouri.co.
