Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and save your preferences.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order is accepted. Please contact us at support@flouri.co as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent our pieces accurately, but colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, a minimum order of $15 is required to qualify for standard shipping rates.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $40 or more qualify for free shipping.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

How long will delivery take?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@flouri.co and we'll do our best to resolve it promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my earrings?

Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at support@flouri.co within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We'll make it right with a full refund or store credit — your choice.

What qualifies for a damage claim?

Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery, and the damage must be due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue — not normal wear.

How quickly will I receive store credit or a refund?

Store credit is issued immediately once we receive your email and photo. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us.

Are gift cards refundable?

No, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
